Refund Policy (This policy applies Chinese and U.S & Canada students)

Full tuition will be refunded if students request the refund before March 15st, 2017

Refund requirements & Other details:

1.  Students have to drop all courses 

2.  For the students who pay through PayPal, if you request the refund after 60 days of the initial transaction, a 3.3% will be automatically charged by PayPal

3  All transaction fees are Not refundable

4.  All refunds will be issued within 15 days of refund approval

5.  Refund currency will be the same as the initate currency

If students request the refund after March 15th, 2017, NAIS will follow the policy below.

If students want to drop classes before 03.15.17, please call us at 021-51697009

If students want to drop classes before the first Wednesday of the summer session, please download the course adjustment/withdrawal form and submit the it to the Student Center before 12:00 PM on the first Wednesday of the summer session. Student Center is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.
